I was a concert violinist in a past life. I hope I'm making him proud in my current life, even though I no longer play the violin. I retired at age 8. I kept with piano as I moved on to dabble in viola, then alto saxophone, and ultimately made a career accompanying myself on a guitar I taught myself to play with no technical knowledge whatsoever. But maybe he would be impressed by my singing. That, I actually know a thing or two about. People have even compared my voice to a violin before, so I feel like Past Life Violinist Me might dig what Present Day Celestial Siren Me has going on over here. All I can say is, one life or another, it seems it is my destiny to make noise. Whether it be classically trained, or improvised from the gut.
